Returns and Refunds

Hey, we get it. Sometimes a product is not quite right for you or your four-legged friend and you would like a refund. 

Well, don't worry! 
That is why you can return an item up to 15 days after receipt.

 

How does that work? 

-> Is the item in its original condition?
1. You start by sending an email to retour@babelle.be. In this email you state your order number, the item you want to return and the reason why.

2. Then you choose a payment or a gift card from Babelle. If you choose to pay out, we will refund you via the original payment system with which you paid for your purchase. We will refund your return within 14 days.
This arrangement is not valid for items purchased during the sales, for these items you will receive a gift card from Babelle!

 

3. Finally, you choose your return method:

  • Via Sendcloud: You can create your return label yourself via the following link: https://babelle.shipping-portal.com/rp/  The costs that Sendcloud charges for this will be deducted from the amount for reimbursement.
  • By sending your package yourself via a shipper of your choice. Again, the costs are for the customer. In this case you send the package to:

-> Received an error or defective article? 

We treat our packages with great care and they are carefully checked before shipping. Unfortunately, this does not exclude the possibility that an article will be damaged.

In your email, state your order number, about which product it is good and how it is damaged. (If possible, with pictures)
