For the delivery of parcels, we work together with Bpost. There are two different delivery options, which you can choose at the checkout of your order.
1. Delivery to an address of your choice
2. Delivery to a collection point near you. Here you can pick up your package at a time that suits you, within 7 working days.

What are the shipping costs*?
The shipping costs depend on the country to which your order is sent and on the delivery address or collection point. Deliveries to a collection point are cheaper and offer the possibility to pick up your order when it suits you. (your package will remain available for you at the collection point for 7 calendar days).
Shipping costs for delivery to an address of your choice in:
Belgium: 5.20 euros (iIs your order larger than 50 euros? Yay! We will then pay the shipping costs!)
Netherlands: 8.10 euros
Luxembourg: 8.50 euros
France: 11.50 euros
Germany: 8.75 euros
Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Greece, Poland, Finland, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic: 25 euros
Bulgaria, Ukraine, Cyprus, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovenia, Slovakia: 35 euros
Shipping costs for delivery to a collection point:
Belgium: 3.30 euros (is your order larger than 50 euros? Yay! We will pay the shipping costs!)
How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
You can expect your package within 2-4 working days (within Belgium). During holidays and sales or due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, pandemic,..) the delivery time may be extended.
Can I also have my order delivered to my work address?
When placing the order, you have the option to specify a separate delivery address in addition to the billing address. There you can enter the address where you want your package delivered: at work, at someone from your family,...
Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?
Yes. After you have placed your order and payment, you will automatically receive an email with a confirmation and overview of your order.
Later, when your package has actually been sent, you will receive an e-mail from us (and also from your chosen carrier) with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your package.
