Returns

Can I return my purchase?
Yes. We hope that your purchase is completely to your liking, but we understand that sometimes things are not quite right. Our return policy means that after receiving your order you have 14 days to let us know that you wish to return an item, and an additional 14 days to return the item directly to Babelle for a refund.

How to 

First of all:  to be eligible for a  return, the Item(s) must be in original condition: Items must be complete and in their original packaging with their price tag attached, and not worn, washed or damaged in any way. Babelle reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that have not been returned in accordance with our returns procedure.

To request a return, contact us at  woof@babelle.be. Please make sure you mention your order details, the item you want to return and pictures of the item you wish to return.

When your return is accepted, we will send you a mail with instructions on how to get your package back to us. 

*Items sent back to us without requesting a return at woof@babelle.be  first will not be accepted. 

* All returns are on the customer’s expense and risk 

After proper receipt of your return package, we will contact you to let you know. You can then choose between a babelle giftcard for the same amount as the returned item or  a transfer of the refund amount. If you choose the second option, note that refunds will be made in the same payment method that you chose when placing your order.

 Please note:

  • All returns are at your own expense 
  • Babelle cannot bear any cost or responsibility related to the return initiated by the buyer
  • Recalculations: If you want to return a sale item or an item that was eligible for a special discount, the following must be taken into account: If items are returned that have been purchased with discount, the return amount will be calculated taking into account the recalculated value. 

Received a damaged or defect item? 

If you receive a damaged or defect item, contact us immediately at woof@babelle.be - make sure to mention your order number, which item and pictures of the damages. 

We will then evaluate the issue together and look for a solution.

Joyful Woof Cards

The Joyful Woof Cards are made by Babelle.

For the content of the cards we worked together with Jenthe Kwik, a seasoned small animal veterinarian and resident in  behavioural medicine of the European College of Animal Welfare and Behavioural Medicine.

The illustrations were designed by Karlien Huygels.

We would strongly recommend you use the online course along the cards.

In the course, you get so much more information and tutorials that can help you through all the challenges the "right" way.

There are also some challenges that make you take a little quiz.

So to conclude - you can use the cards without accessing the course. But to fully enjoy the experience, it's better that you do.
