We work together with Bpost, DPD and UPS depending on the country you ordered from.
When you live in Belgium you get 3 choices at checkout
1. You can have your package delivered to your home or to another address, eg your work.
2. You can have your parcel delivered to a pickup shop or collection point near you. Here you can pick up your package at a time that suits you, within 7 working days.
3. You can pick up your package at Morckhovenlei 84 for FREE at a time that we will agree on.
For all other countries: Your package will be delivered to the address you give at check out.

** These delivery times can take longer during holidays and sales periods. Also, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (strikes, extreme weather,..) can cause your package to be delayed.
Important: If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your package, please know that you can always contact us via woof@babelle.be . We can then request the exact status of your delivery and are happy to further follow up the delivery for you.
PRINT ON DEMAND
Our print on demand products are fulfilled by a third party print company. At the time of the order, your product of choice still has to be made and will be sent by the third party company. These delivery times can be somewhere between 4 and 12 workdays.
